FIX: You may receive a "Fatal error C1902" error message and a solution build may fail when you try to use the AT command or a scheduled task to automate a build of a C or C++ project in Visual Studio 2005 (920770)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the AT command or a scheduled task to automate a build of a C or C++ project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, the solution build may fail, and you may receive the following error message:
Fatal Error C1902: Program database manager mismatch; please check your installation.
Note You run the build command under the Local System Account.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Visual Studio 2005 service pack that contains this hotfix.
