FIX: Event ID: 5649 occurs when you use the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 to send RNIF 1.1 documents to a second server (920742)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet, version 2.0
SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use the Microsoft BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 to send RosettaNet Implementation Framework (RNIF) 1.1 documents to a second server that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server. The second server uses the Microsoft BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.3 to receive the documents. When the second server receives an RNIF 1.1 document, the server sends an acknowledgement signal to the server that is using the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0. In this scenario, the acknowledgement message may not be processed as expected by the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0. You may receive an error message that resembles the following in the Application log in Event Viewer: Event Type: Error
Event Source: RN Accelerator
Event Category: BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet
Event ID: 5649
Description: BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet failed to locate a running schedule corresponding to the inbound signal. Pipadaptersdk.dll | 3.0.0.588 | 396,160 | 19-Jun-2006 | 18:57 | Note Because of file dependencies, the most recent hotfix that contains these files may also contain additional files. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.MORE INFORMATIONThis issue occurs because the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.3 inserts a new GUID value in the <serviceheader><processcontrol><transactioncontrol><transactionidentity><instanceidentifier> element of the signal message. Because the <serviceheader><processcontrol><transactioncontrol><transactionidentity><instanceidentifier> element of the signal message does not contain the original value, the BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 may not process the signal message as expected.REFERENCES
