FIX: The Nrdhtml.cab file is reverted to the pre-MCMS 2002 SP2 version when you apply Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 post-SP2 hotfix package 913706 (920671)

SYMPTOMS

When you apply post-Service Pack 2 (SP2) hotfix package 913706 for Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002, the Nrdhtml.cab file is reverted to the pre-MCMS 2002 SP2 version (5.0.4526.0).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, uninstall hotfix package 913706, and then apply hotfix package 919841. For more information about hotfix package 919841, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

919841 FIX: An incorrect version of the Nrdhtml.dll file is installed after you apply the Content Management Server 2002 hotfix that is described in KB article 913706

Note Hotfix package 919841 is an updated version of hotfix package 913706.

STATUS
