This article describes updated e-mail addresses that you can use to report both of the following kinds of problems in Sybari Antigen 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange:
  • False positives
    These are legitimate e-mail messages that the Antigen 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange SpamCure engine identifies as unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE). UCE is also known as spam.
  • False negatives
    These are UCE e-mail messages that the Antigen 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange SpamCure engine identifies as legitimate e-mail messages.

If you determine that the SpamCure engine incorrectly identifies certain kinds of e-mail messages, you can submit these e-mail messages to Microsoft for more analysis.
