- Sami (Lule) - Sweden
- Croatian - Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Tswana - South Africa
- Sami (Northern) - Finland
- Welsh - United Kingdom
- Sami (Northern) - Norway
- Serbian (Cyrillic) - Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Xhosa - South Africa
- Zulu - South Africa

Additionally, you receive the following error message when the installation of the .NET Framework 1.1 is unsuccessful: Failed to load resources from file.
Please check your setup WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, follow these steps: - Install Microsoft Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs on a computer that is using the English-American default language.
- Install the .NET Framework 1.1.
- Change the standards and formats selection to the desired language. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Run, type intl.cpl, and then click OK.
- In the Standards and formats list, click to select the desired language.
