An additional day is added to an appointment when you use CDO 1.21 to accept a meeting request programmatically in Exchange Server 2003 and in Exchange 2000 Server (919952)

SYMPTOMSWhen you use Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) version 1.21 to accept a meeting request programmatically, an extra day is incorrectly added to the appointment that appears in your calendar. You experience this problem if the following conditions are true: - You accept a recurring meeting request that runs for a certain number of days.
- The meeting request is an all-day meeting request.
When this behavior occurs, the correct number of days for the meeting is displayed in the calendar of the user who sent the meeting request. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of a problem in CDO 1.21.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, manually remove the last day of the appointment from your calendar.STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
