SYMPTOMS

When you install the Japanese version or the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 on a computer that is running Microsoft SQL Server 2000, invalid characters appear in the Language of Word Breaker column in the Full-Text Indexing dialog box. This problem occurs when the collation on the computer is set to Latin1_General_CI_AS.
