You cannot find domain objects by using the displayName attribute on a computer that is running Windows XP Professional (919692)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Active Directory displayName attribute to search for a domain object on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP Professional, you cannot find the domain object.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Windows object picker does not use the displayName attribute to find domain objects.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information
