SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You install the software update that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article, hotfix 911829, on the Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 computers in your organization: 911829 You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
A user who is running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or a later version uses Microsoft Outlook Web Access to log on to Exchange Server 2003. This user replies to or forwards an e-mail message. In this scenario, the message has a blank message body when a Microsoft Entourage user receives the message. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, uninstall the earlier version of hotfix 911829. Then, install the updated version of this hotfix. To do this, follow these steps. Note The version number of the earlier version of hotfix 911829 is 6.5.7651.9.
