SYMPTOMS
When you set the
Include option to
This Record Only or to
Related Records, the records that are associated to a child account do not appear. This problem occurs when you open an account in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.
This problem affects the following types of records:
- Activities
- Cases
- Contracts
- Invoices
- Opportunities
- Orders
- Quotes
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 3.0 service pack that contains this hotfix.

Removal information

System administrators can use the Spunist.exe utility to remove this hotfix. The Spuninst.exe utility is located in the following folder:
