Error message when you install Pocket Streets and Trips 2005 on a Pocket PC device: "The program you have installed may not display properly" (918800)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to install Microsoft Pocket Streets from Microsoft Streets and Trips 2005 on a Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 device, you receive the following error message:
The program you have installed may not display properly, because it was designed for a previous version of Windows Mobile software.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Streets and Trips 2005 does not accurately identify the Windows Mobile 2003 operating system. You should not receive this error message because the Windows Mobile 2003 operating system is a later version than Streets and Trips 2005.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click OK on the error message. Pocket Streets should work correctly on the Windows Mobile 2003 device.
