CAUSEThis issue occurs if a value is missing from the registry.RESOLUTIONWarning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk. To resolve this issue, re-create the registry value. To do this, follow these steps: - Click Start, click Run, type notepad, and then click OK.
- Paste the following text in the Notepad document.

- In the Save as type list, click All Files.
- In the Save in list, click Desktop.
- In the File name box, type KB918320.reg, and then click Save.
- On the File menu, click Exit.
- On the desktop, double-click KB918320.reg, and then click Yes to add the value to the registry.
