Prerequisites
You must have the original release version of SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services installed to apply this hotfix.
Restart information
You must restart the computer if the installer has to replace files that are being used. To avoid restarting the computer, you must close all the SQL Server Analysis Services tools and clients. Additionally, you must stop Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) if the server is configured to provide HTTP access. You do not have to change the registry after you apply this hotfix.
