This Microsoft Support WebCast discusses Sybari Antigen 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange. This WebCast discusses how Antigen operates with Microsoft Exchange Server software. This WebCast also provides troubleshooting information.

This is a Level 200 session presented by Channing Heffney and Robert Coffey.

Channing Heffney started working at Microsoft in 1998. Since then, Channing has supported Exchange Server. Channing became an Exchange Server Beta lead and lived in Redmond, Washington, for three years. Channing now works on the escalation team for Exchange and lives in North Carolina.

Robert Coffey has been a support engineer for all Antigen products for more than two years. Robert has worked for Microsoft since Microsoft acquired Sybari. Robert is familiarizing all Sybari support engineers with Microsoft support policies, procedures, and best practices. Robert has presented training and demonstrations about Antigen products to Microsoft employees from all over the world.
