SYMPTOMS

You try to set up a stand-alone certification authority on a computer that is running a Traditional Chinese language version of Microsoft Windows Server 2003. However, in the CA Identifying information box, the Distinguished name suffix box is unavailable. Therefore, you cannot configure the distinguished name suffix for customer approval.

RESOLUTION

Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing.
