Error message when you try to mark certain workspaces as read in Groove: "Element with 'Detailed_32Description' not found" (917236)

When you try to mark certain workspaces as read in Groove Workspace or in Groove Virtual Office, you receive the following
error message: Script Error:
'Element with tag 'Detailed_32Description' not found.'

This problem was fixed in the Groove 3.0 Forms tool. To avoid it in the future, upgrade your workspaces to the current version.
CAUSEThis issue occurs in some workspaces that contain the 2.5
Forms tool. Some records in this version of the tool lack the appropriate
field. When this is the case, Groove cannot process these records when you try to mark all the records as read or
unread. Therefore, you receive the error message.
