A deleted contact is still listed in the Assigned To column of the Task Manager tool (917231)

SYMPTOMS

When you delete a contact in Groove Virtual Office, the deleted contact is still listed in the Task Manager tool. This behavior occurs when the following conditions are true:
  • You delete a contact who is the assignee of a task in the Groove Virtual Office Task Manager tool or in the Groove Workspace Project Manager tool.
  • You delete a contact who is the presenter for an agenda item in the Meetings tool.
When you do this, the deleted contact will be replaced in most views of the tools with the string "Missing Contact." However, the deleted contact still appears in the Assigned To column of the Task Manager tool.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, exit the Task Manager tool, and then re-enter the tool.
