You may not see an unread mark on the "Forms tool" tab when you first start Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint (917223)

SYMPTOMS

If you perform one of the following tasks, you do not see an unread mark on the Forms tool tab:

You first start Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint.
You first access the workspace for which you just accepted an invitation to join on a particular computer.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the tools that are in Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint 2.5 and in Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint 3.x are based on the Groove Workspace 2.5 Forms tool. The Groove Workspace 2.5 Forms tool cannot determine the status of a workspace until after you first use the tool.

After you first use a tool, Groove Workspace 2.5 Forms tool can determine the status of the workspace. Then, an unread mark for all the workspaces that have this status appears on the Forms tool tab.
