SYMPTOMS

Expired announcements from the Microsoft SharePoint home page appear in Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services uses a view filter to block the appearance of expired announcements on the SharePoint home page. Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint does not synchronize views. Therefore, Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint continues to display announcements after they expire.
