SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You rest the pointer over a tab in a workspace in Groove Virtual Office. Then, a list of the members for that workspace appears. However, you notice that your list of workspace members includes fewer members than the list of workspace members that appears for other members.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if the Show as inactive option is selected for the When contacts are idle check box. Workspace tool tabs do not list idle contacts if this option is selected.
