SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You install a Groove-dependent software product from another company. You later uninstall Groove. When you do this, the Groove-dependent product may not be removed.CAUSEWhether this issue occurs depends on how the software was written. The company that writes the software decides this.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use the Add or Remove Programs feature if you want to uninstall the dependent product. If the product is not listed under Add or Remove Programs, contact technical support for the company that wrote the software to ask how to remove it.
