If a Windows stop error occurs during or after the Groove installation

A Windows stop error on a blue screen indicates a problem with the hardware. For example, hardware problems may include problems with a hard disk, a hard disk controller, a driver, or memory. Although the Groove Virtual Office installation cannot directly cause a Windows stop error, it may access the bad hardware or driver and trigger this error. For more information about your problem, visit the following Microsoft Support Knowledge Base Advanced Search Web site: Type the phrase stop error, and include the exact error code that you receive.

If the Groove installation ends in Feature or Component Transfer Error 0

InstallShield is the third-party solution that Groove Networks uses to package and to publish the Groove Virtual Office installation kit. InstallShield returns a component transfer error when it cannot run correctly. InstallShield has been unable to provide a fix for this problem. However, a workaround is available.
