SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical pointing device on a Microsoft Windows-based computer, the Web page navigation buttons may not work. Or, these buttons may scroll through a Web page vertically instead of browsing between Web pages.CAUSEThis issue may occur if third-party software such as IBM Mouse Suite 98 Daemon is installed on the computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use the Add or Remove Programs tool to remove the third-party program from the Windows-based computer.
