Ink mode in Groove does not work as expected when you use Windows XP Tablet PC Edition (916438)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Ink mode in Groove Virtual Office on Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, Ink mode does not work as expected.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Ink mode in Groove requires some components of Microsoft Office 2003 to work. This issue can occur even if you already use Office 2003.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download the Office 2003 Tablet PC update. For more information, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
