SYMPTOMS When you start Groove Virtual Office or Groove Workspace,
you receive the following error message: Invalid Class
String. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the Jscript.dll file is missing,
is unregistered, or is corrupted. The Jscript.dll file may become corrupted when you
reinstall software that registers the file.
