This article describes how to print a Groove Virtual Office discussion topic and all its responses without having to print each item.

Groove Virtual Office 3.x cannot print a discussion thread in one operation. To work around this issue, export the data, and then import the data to a program that has print functions. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, point to Export To, and then select a format type. For example, select Rich Text.
  2. In the Export Record(s) to File dialog box, select a location, enter a file name, and then click Save.
  3. Open the file by using an application that supports that file type, edit as it is needed, and then print from that application. For example, you can open a Rich Text file in WordPad.
