SYMPTOMSIn Groove Workspace, when you try to open any tool that is part of the Project Toolset, you may receive the following error message: An error occurred while opening this tool CAUSEThis problem occurs if the local contact store for the Project Toolset is corrupted.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, you must delete the local corrupted copy of the workspace. Then, you must ask the workspace manager to reinvite you to the workspace.MORE INFORMATIONThis problem does not occur if you are running Groove Virtual Office 3.x. However, if the problem has already occurred, you cannot repair the workspace by upgrading to Groove Virtual Office.
