SYMPTOMS

If you configure a Groove tool to synchronize with an Outlook account that is accessed by using a personal folder password, you may be prompted for your personal folder password every time that a change is made to an entry in that tool.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, do not synchronize Groove with an Outlook folder that is accessed by using a password.
