INTRODUCTION

When Microsoft Outlook closes abnormally, items that are deleted from Outlook may reappear after Groove Virtual Office or Groove Workspace synchronizes with Outlook.

MORE INFORMATION

When you click End Task in Windows Task Manager to close Outlook when Groove is still active, data is not correctly exchanged between the programs. Groove may reapply items that were deleted during that Outlook session.
