INTRODUCTIONThis article describes how the Groove Management Server
schedules Groove account data backup.MORE INFORMATIONThe Groove Management Server backs up Groove accounts only when the accounts are idle. An account becomes idle after the account has been inactive
for fifteen minutes in the Groove client. If
a user's account never goes into an idle state in the Groove client, that
user's account is not backed up.
