INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to revoke and then reissue licenses that you obtained from the Groove Store.

MORE INFORMATION

To revoke a license that has already been enabled by a user, follow these steps:
  1. Visit www.groove.net and log in by using the account that obtained the license.
  2. Click the My Software link in the left navigation bar. If the My Software link does not appear, you are not logged on with the account that obtained the license.
  3. Under the product that you want, click the Active Users link. You see a list of users who have enabled the licenses.
Note Users appear in this list after they contact the server for the first time. That contact may occur up to five hours after the account is created.
  4. To revoke a user's license, click the Revoke link next to that user. The link then becomes an Enable link. This occurs in case you want to re-enable that user's license.
As soon as the user's license is revoked, that license becomes available to issue to a new user account.

To see detailed information about how to issue licenses, return to the My Software page, click Get Instructions On, and then click Distributing activation keys from a kit.
