SYMPTOMS

You can create a multiline entry in the Chat tool in Groove Workspace or in Groove Virtual Office by pressing SHIFT+ENTER. However, lines that are separated by SHIFT+ENTER logically belong to the same paragraph, and a paragraph can have only one bullet. Therefore, only one bullet is added when you try to add bullets to a multiline entry in the Chat tool in Groove.

CAUSE

The issue occurs because pressing ENTER sends a Chat entry. Chat entries are limited to single paragraphs.
