SYMPTOMS When you use the Forms tool or tools that are built on Groove Forms in Groove Workspace or in Groove Virtual Office, you may receive the following error message: Your
current security settings prevent running ActiveX Controls on this page.
Therefore, the page may not display correctly. CAUSE This issue occurs when the Run Active X controls
and plug-ins option in Microsoft Internet Explorer is disabled.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, change the security
customization in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer,
click Internet Options, and then click the
Security tab.
- Click Custom Level.
- Under Run Active X controls and plug-ins,
click to select Enable.
- Under Script ActiveX controls marked safe for
scripting, click to select Enable.
- Click OK two times.
