SYMPTOMSWhen you try to import a Groove account on a new computer, you receive the following error message: Saved account for name is too old and cannot be used. CAUSEThis problem occurs because Groove does not accept account data that is more than 60 days old.RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, create a new Groove account file on the original computer by using the Multiple Computers option.MORE INFORMATIONAccount data is valid only for 60 days whether it is transferred to groove.net by using the multiple computers function, manually saved as a file, or saved by automated company backup. Old accounts are difficult to synchronize. If Groove accepts account data that is more than 60 days old, some Groove services may not be able to synchronize with the original computer.
