INTRODUCTION

This article contains information about the proxy settings that Groove Virtual Office and Groove Workspace use.

MORE INFORMATION

Groove Workspace 2.5j, Groove Virtual Office 3.x, and later versions of Groove always use the proxy configuration that you set in Microsoft Internet Explorer. To examine this configuration on a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer or on a Microsoft Windows Server 2000-based computer, follow these steps in Internet Explorer:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Connections tab.
  2. Click LAN settings, and then examine the configuration.
Note If you use Groove Workspace 2.5i or an earlier version of Groove, and you have a second browser installed on the computer, make sure that the proxy settings for that browser match the proxy settings in Internet Explorer.
