FIX: A Bluetooth service no longer starts after you stop and start the Bluetooth service several times on a Windows CE 5.0-based device (916279)

SYMPTOMSAfter you stop and start a Bluetooth wireless technology service several times on a Microsoft Windows CE 5.0-based device, the Bluetooth service no longer starts. Additionally, you may receive the following error message: [ERR] [L2CAP] DisconnectPhysicalLink

[ERR] hci_call_aborted returns ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER (no context) CAUSEThis problem occurs because the internal counters in the device are out of sync. These internal counters are not reset until you restart the device by using the soft boot method.RESOLUTIONUpdate informationA supported software update is now available from Microsoft as Windows CE 5.0 Core OS QFE 916279.
