Totals in a quote do not print correctly when you use the Quote.dot template in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook (915784)

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

SYMPTOMS

When you print a quote for a customer by using the quote mail merge template (Quote.dot) in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the totals in the quote do not print correctly.

RESOLUTION
