SYMPTOMS

When you try to import your account to a second computer in Groove Workspace or in Groove Virtual Office, you receive the following error message:
NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the second computer runs an incorrect version of the Command.com file.
