This article describes how to restore a workspace that you saved as an archive in Groove Virtual Office or in Groove Workspace.

To restore a saved workspace in Groove Virtual Office, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, point to New, point to Workspace From, and then click Archive.
  2. Enter the location of the archive file and the password when you are prompted.
The workspace is restored to your workspace list. You are the only member.

To restore a saved workspace in Groove Workspace, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, click Restore Shared Space.
  2. Enter the location of the archive file and the password when you are prompted.
The workspace is restored to your workspace list. You are the only member.

Note You cannot restore a workspace by using the Groove Workspace Import function.
