Error message when you upgrade from Groove Workspace 2.1: "Internal error" (915668)

- Groove Workspace 2.5 Standard Edition
SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use your Groove account on multiple computers. You upgrade Groove on one computer while the account is online on a second computer. You are prompted to upgrade Groove on the second computer also. In this scenario, if you upgrade from Groove Workspace 2.1, you may receive the following error message: Internal error. WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, complete the installation on the second computer, and then restart Groove. You receive the following message:
You must restart Groove to complete the component upgrade. Do you wish to restart Groove now?
Click Yes. Groove then restarts correctly.
