The only way to stop sending a workspace after someone accepts your invitation to the workspace is to delete all temporary Groove data. To do this in Groove Virtual Office, follow these steps.

Note These actions delete all temporary Groove data. This should not affect synchronization of active workspaces. However, when you delete all temporary Groove data, you may lose instant messages that have not been fully received or sent.
  1. On the Options menu, click Communications Manager.
  2. In the Communications Manager dialog box, click to clear the check box next to the workspace to pause synchronization.
  3. Open the Groove launchbar, and then click the Workspaces tab.
  4. Right-click the name of the workspace, point to Delete, and then click From All My Computers.

  6. On your computer, return to the Communications Manager dialog box, and then reenable workspace synchronization. To do this, click to select the check box next to the workspace. Then, click OK.
