How to move multiple contacts from a Contacts tool in one Groove workspace to a Contacts tool in another workspace (915655)

INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to move multiple contacts from a Contacts tool in one workspace to a Contacts tool in another workspace in Groove Workspace.

When you create a new workspace, you can move all data by starting with a copy of the old workspace. If you have an existing workspace, you can easily add the contacts from any source in one Add Contact operation. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Add the Contact tool to your workspace.
  2. Click Add Contact, and then click Groove Contact.
  3. Under Look in, click Known Groove contacts.
  4. Press and hold the CTRL key, and then click the contacts that you want to add.
  5. Click Add, and then click OK.
