SYMPTOMSYou try to co-view a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation in Groove Workspace or in Groove Virtual Office. When you do this, the presentation opens in a new window instead of in Groove.CAUSEThis issue occurs when the Browse in same window option is disabled for PowerPoint presentations.RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, enable the Browse in same window option. To do this, follow these steps: - Open Windows Explorer, and then click Folder Options on the Tools menu.
- Click the File Types tab.
- In the list, click PPT MS PowerPoint Presentation.
- Click Advanced.
- Click to select the Browse in same window check box.
After you make this change, you must exit the previous presentation and then join or start a new presentation.
