This article describes how to create a link in a Rich Text field, such as the body of a Discussion entry, to link to another item in the same Groove workspace.

To create a link in a Rich Text field to link to another item in the same workspace, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the target item, and then click Copy as Link.
  2. Open the tool and the item in which you want to create the link.
  3. Right-click the Rich Text field, and then click Paste.
Note If you create a link in a Rich Text field in a dialog box, such as the Details field in the dialog box for a Calendar event, this link does not work. If you copy the link to another Rich Text field, the link works as expected. For example, if you copy a link from the Details field in the dialog box for a Calendar event to the body of a Discussion entry, the link works as expected.
