How to distribute activation keys for licenses that you purchased from the Groove Store (915642)

After you purchase Groove licenses from the Groove Store, you can manage those licenses from the Web site account on Groove.net. To distribute the licenses, follow these steps:

1. Visit www.groove.net, and then click the Log In link at the upper-right corner.
2. Log on by using the same e-mail address and passphrase with which you made the purchase.
3. After you are logged on, click the My Software link on the left side of the page.
4. On the My Software page, you will see a list of products that you purchased. Click the product whose activation key you want to distribute, and then click the Send this key to others link.
5. Complete the e-mail form that appears, and then click to select the check box for the product that you want the recipient to use.
6. Click Send.

Note If you are distributing Groove Workspace licenses, the users must be running Groove Workspace. Users of Groove Virtual Office require licenses that are specific to Groove Virtual Office.
