Groove first added print capabilities in Groove Workspace 2.5. In Groove Virtual Office 3.0 and later versions of Groove, you can print from the following tools and items:

• Calendar
  
  Note In Groove Workspace 2.5, you can print only single events from the calendar.
• Chat
• Discussion topics
• Files
  
  Note You can print from files only in Groove Virtual Office 3.0. Additionally, you must have an application that supports the file type.
• Forms records and views
• Messages in the Message History
• Notepad notes
• Project Manager reports
• Text in the Text tool
• Welcome Page tool notes

Notes

• Print capabilities are unavailable in Groove Workspace 2.x Preview Edition.
• Double-byte characters print correctly from Rich Text fields, but not from Plain Text fields. For example, a discussion record that contains kanji characters prints correctly for the body of the entry. However, kanji characters in the Subject and Author fields do not print correctly. We plan to correct this issue in a future version of Groove.
