You may receive an error message when you try to log on to Groove from a computer that is not a managed Groove device (915638)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to log on to Groove Virtual Office from a computer that is not a managed Groove device, you may receive the following error message:

Some of your identities that are part of the management domain have been disabled, and the account will now log off.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when one of the following conditions is true:

The domain administrator revoked your managed identity in the Groove domain.
Your managed identity in the Groove domain is not enabled by a domain policy.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact your Groove domain administrator and confirm that your identity has not been revoked. If your identity has not been revoked, the administrator may have enabled the "Members can only use managed identities from this domain on devices in this domain" policy. This policy disables existing accounts on computers that are not managed devices in the Groove domain.

Your Groove administrator can resolve this problem for you by using one of the following methods:

The administrator disables this option on the management server.
The administrator sends you the registry key to manage your device. You may have to re-enter your activation key after add the registry key.
