How to configure Groove Management Server 2.x to enable domain members to search for other domain members in the domain directory (915556)

If you are using Groove Management Server 3.x, domain members are automatically published to a domain directory. Therefore, other domain members can search for Groove Management Server 3.x domain members in the domain directory. However, if you are using an earlier version of Groove Management Server, you have to configure the program to add all domain users to the domain directory.

To do this, select the domain, click the Policies tab, and then click to select the Automatically Publish vCard to Management Server directory check box.

When all the active accounts receive the policy change, they will be visible in the domain directory to other users who are in the domain. It may take an hour for an active Groove account to receive a policy change.

Note Users who are not members of the domain cannot see the domain directory.
