Description of the command-line options that are available when you start Groove Enterprise Integration Server (915546)

Groove Enterprise Integration Server supports several command-line options. To view the options that are available, follow these steps:

1. Open a Command Prompt window on the Groove Enterprise Integration Server system.
2. Locate the folder that contains GrooveEIS.exe.
3. Type Grooveeis.exe /?, and then press ENTER.

Note The /di switch is available, but it is not listed in this window.

The default startup options are /cc and /di.

The following list describes the available command-line options that you can use with GrooveEIS.exe:

• /?: Use this option to display the help window that contains these option definitions.
• /c: Use this option to close all server windows.
• /i: Use this option to install the integration server on a device as a Microsoft Windows service.
• /q: Use this option to close the integration server processes.
• /u: Use this option to uninstall the integration server Windows service.
  
  Note To uninstall Groove Enterprise Integration Server, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.
• /v: Use this option to display server version information.
• /cc: Use this option to start the integration server cluster controller user interface.
• /di (Defer initially): Use this option to give the user interface highest priority during the Groove Enterprise Integration Server startup process.
• /fs (Fast start): Use this option to start the integration server cluster without starting the bot services. This option is useful when you are trying to debug a condition in which a bot may be the source of a server malfunction.
• /nc (No communication): Use this option to disable communications on the integration server cluster.
