You cannot see an attachment from an event in the Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint when you attach a file to an entry in the Events list in a SharePoint Team Service site (915540)

SYMPTOMS

When you attach a file to an entry in the Events list in a Microsoft SharePoint Team Services site, you cannot see the attachment from the event in the Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because when Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint synchronizes with the SharePoint lists, Groove Mobile Workstation for SharePoint does not synchronize attachments in the list entries.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue and make a file in SharePoint Team Services available to users of the Groove Mobile Workspace for SharePoint, you must put the file in a document library in the SharePoint Document Workspace.
